Customer Relations Representative	JOB CODE CRR-WS
Buckeye CableSystem is accepting applications for part-time Customer Relations Representatives (CRR). The CRR works 24-28 hours/week with shifts that will include a combination of day, evening, and weekend hours providing our customers with excellent service, both over the telephone and face-to-face. Minimum requirements include: High school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience, computer skills, excellent communication skills and be attentive to detail. Technical Support Specialist	JOB CODE TSS-WS
Buckeye CableSystem is accepting applications for Technical Support (TSS) for Internet, Video, and phone services. This person must be detail orientated, have creative thinking, excellent troubleshooting skills, and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting incoming calls from customers that are experiencing problems with Internet, Video, and Phone services. Having Macintosh experience is a plus. Providing our customers with excellent service is a must. Account Executive (Erie County)	JOB CODE AE-WS
Buckeye CableSystem has an immediate opening at the Sandusky, OH location for a full time, experienced Account Executive to manage and grow a well established account list. The Account Executive is responsible for increasing the revenues of Buckeye CableSystem through the sale of adverting, developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with retailers and other advertisers, and selling advertising to credible advertisers to achieve the predetermined monthly revenue goals. Minimum requirements include: High School diploma/equivalent with 5 years previous related sales experience (required), or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Radio/TV, or Liberal Arts with a minimum of 1 year previous related sales experience (preferred). AutoCAD/Data Entry Intern	JOB CODE ACDE-TB
Buckeye CableSystem has a paid summer internship available for the position of AutoCAD/Data Entry. The work of the AutoCAD/Data Entry Intern will consist of overlaying two detailed AutoCAD mapping layers, one of which is GPS compliant, and realigning the non GPS compliant layer to compliance. Online mapping software packages will be referenced to ensure accuracy. Mapping will consist of streets, rear property lines, right-of-way and public access areas. Attention to property details such as lot lines and utility locations on property is paramount. Minimum requirements include: High School diploma/equivalent and experience in AutoCAD. Part Time Sales Specialist	JOB CODE SS-WS
Buckeye CableSystem has an immediate opening for a part time Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist (SS) is responsible for directly servicing the needs of the Buckeye residential customer on a First Call Resolution by phone or Chat whenever possible or providing a warm transfer to the correct area of the company. The SS is responsible for being an expert on our company’s products and services and matching our customers’ needs to our products by explaining the benefits and features of all Buckeye offerings. The SS is responsible to answer simple billing and general information questions for the customer as well as basic trouble shooting for all products and services. The SS will also be responsible for using retention and save tactics in order to maintain and increase our customer base. Minimum requirements include: High School diploma or equivalent and 6 months sales and call center experience. Must be available between the hours of 7 am and 12 am daily and be able to work a floating schedule. Acceptable driving record, valid driver’s license, background check and drug screen/physical are required. Position pays $10.35/hour, plus commission for excellent earnings potential. BCSN Engineer in Charge	JOB CODE EIC-WS
Buckeye CableSystem has an immediate opening for a full-time BCSN Engineer in Charge at entry level. The Engineer in Charge is responsible for support of technical functions of BCSN Production Mobile Units and all BCSN productions. They will also support the equipment and systems associated with these BCSN functions.
